Return and Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Veonskin. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return service.

Return Conditions:
• Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the order. Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the product.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Register a Return
You may only request a return within the first 14 days after receiving your order. In your email, please include:
– Reason for return
– Order number
– Name/address information as shown on the order.
Please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition/packaging.

Important: Before returning, you must contact our customer service via email. Do not ship the product to the return address without contacting us first.

2. Packaging
Pack your items. Do not forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

Instructions:
• Pack the package exactly as you received it.
• Ensure the package is properly packed to arrive at Veonskin without damage.
• Print the return shipping label (or packing slip) and include it with the return.
• Place the return shipping label over the old shipping label.

3. Shipping
Take the package to a post office. Keep the shipping receipt until we have processed the return. You are responsible for the shipping and must ensure that the return package reaches us correctly! We cannot take responsibility if your package is not properly registered and does not arrive at our facility.

4. Refund
After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the product for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Please Note: Pack the product carefully and, if possible, in its original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product with care to prevent damage. Veonskin reserves the right to claim compensation for product damage caused by insufficient packaging. This means that if the product has been used, we will have to charge additional fees.
